Hello! My name is Cherié and I created this website to share important information with you, my neighbors and fellow homeowners of Sunset Park Condominiums.
On August 28, 2023, we held a special meeting where homeowners voted to remove the corrupt board. Afterward, we held a vote and elected an interim board, with me as Interim President.
So why are Stephanie Parker, Michael Kane, and Karen Hughes still claiming to represent the HOA even though they were voted out?

Prism Realty is a property management company owned by James Meyer.

James Meyer is not a board member.

James Meyer is not your landlord. He does not own your home and has no authority to tell you how to live in it.

You own your home. Not him.
James Meyer’s company was hired to assist with management and maintenance. That’s it.
The removed board has promoted the false belief that he is in charge and has handed him full control over our HOA and finances.
